The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Entitled: Construction In Tarnobrzeg Of A Facility Constituting A Service Building Of The Substation Of The Podkarpacie Emergency Medical Service In Mielec, Together With Technical Infrastructure, Including The Construction Of Parking Spaces And An Exit From The Public Road, On Plot No. 1491, District Number 0012 Tarnobrzeg, At Ul. H. Sienkiewicza 151.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, The Scope Of Which Is Included In The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical And Executive Designs For All Industries And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And In The Bill Of Quantities, Including The Execution Of: 2.1. Construction Works In The Field Of Foundations, Walls, Ceiling, Roof And Finishing Works;2.2. Installations: Sanitary, Electrical, External And Internal;2.3. Land Development In The Field Of Paving Stones, Greenery, Small Architecture.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Contract Template And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Design Documentation. The Basis For The Proper Execution Of Construction Works Is Design Documentation. All Solutions Should Be Considered Based On The Documentation Provided.4. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And The Basic Scope Of Work To Be Performed And To Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. The Basis For The Investment Is The Design Documentation, And The Bill Of Quantities Is A Supplementary Document. Works Not Included In The Design But Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Require Completion.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Performance Of Construction Works: Demolition And Dismantling Works, Finishing Works, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations (Including Installation, Delivery And Assembly Of Accessories) And Other General Construction Works, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 277, 807, 1423 And 1661 And Of 2026, Items 25 And 473). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Performing Independent Technical Functi
