The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of An Update Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of The Cemetery In Żółwin Held By The Ordering Party And The Adaptation Of The Construction Design To The Currently Applicable Construction, Hygiene And Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. Together With Obtaining A Building Permit. The Ordering Party Declares That He Is Entitled To The Copyright To The Above-Mentioned. Documentation In Accordance With Agreement No. 272.67.2015 Of August 13, 2015, Including The Right To Make Changes, Alterations, Modifications, Updates, Studies And Adaptations Of The Documentation By The Ordering Party And Other Entities Acting On Its Behalf, As Well As To Dispose Of And Use The Changes, Alterations, Modifications, Updates, Studies And Adaptations Of This Work By The Ordering Party Or Entities Acting On Its Behalf.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes For Plot No. 22/51, Żółwin District; 2) Agreeing Design Solutions With The District Sanitary Inspector In Pruszków And Experts: Sanitary And Hygienic, Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety; 3) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Preparing An Environmental Impact Report, If The Competent Authorities Impose Such An Obligation; 4) Carrying Out Geological Works To Determine The Conditions Geological And Engineering Studies Of The Planned Municipal Cemetery;5) Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Stages Of Construction Of The Cemetery;6) Presenting The Ordering Party With A Visualization Of Bathrooms In The Funeral Home;7) Designing A Heating And Ventilation System For The Designed Building Taking Into Account Local Conditions, Including The Availability Of Individual Energy Sources And Solutions Increasing The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources;8) Preparing An Analysis Of The Efficiency Of The Implementation And Operation Of A Photovoltaic Installation Along With Selecting The Optimal Solution For The Designed Building - Final The Decision Will Be Made By The Ordering Party After Reviewing The Presented Profitability Analysis; 9) Correcting The Bill Of Quantities (All Industries) In Connection With The Changes Introduced And Preparing Investor Cost Estimates (All Industries) Based On The Data Of The Sekocenbud Publishing House For The Last Quarter, Using: - Average Unit Prices Of Materials Excluding Purchase Costs, - Average Equipment Labor Rates, - Average Estimated Labor Rate For The Type Of Work In The Masovian Region, Other Towns), - Average Indicators Overheads For The Type Of Works (Kz, Kp, Z), Items Should Be Valued Based On Knr;3.
