1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Pawlikowice On Plots No. 428/2, 373/5, 374/1, 379/1, 379/2 In Pawlikowice, 200 M Long. The Project Is Co-Financed By The Małopolska Voivodeship2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Reconstruction Of The Road With A Bituminous Surface, 5 M Wide; - Reconstruction Of The Roadside Made Of Aggregate, 0.50 - 0.75 M Wide; - Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Sidewalk Made Of 1.5 M Wide Concrete Cubes Outside The Planned Road; - Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits; - Reconstruction Of The Overhead Telecommunications Network With A Length Of Approx. 106 M3. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And Technical Documentation, Which Constitute Attachments To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform An As-Built Inventory. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Place An Information Board At The Place Of Task Implementation Stating That The Project Is Co-Financed By The Małopolska Voivodeship. 5. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents, In Particular In The Technical Documentation, In The Bill Of Quantities And In The Detailed Technical Specifications. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions, As Appropriate, Together With Its Description Or Standards.6. In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Swz Together With Annexes By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 6.1.
