The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Training Service By The Contractor To The Ordering Party: Conducting A Forklift Operator Course As Part Of The Modern Vocational Education In The Heart Of Kashubia Ii Project. The Course Covers The Operation Of Forklift Trucks With A Mechanical Lifting Drive, Excluding Boom Trucks And Trucks With An Operator Lifting The Load Along With The Load. The Course Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Modern Vocational Education In The Heart Of Kashubia Ii Co-Financed By The European Social Fund + As Part Of The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program. The Subject Of The Order Is Entirely Financed From Public Funds. The Course Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Finance Of December 15, 2017 On Occupational Health And Safety When Using Motor-Driven Forklifts (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 852). The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities Related To The Participation Of Students After The Course In The Qualification Examination Enabling The Acquisition Of Qualifications In The Field Operating Forklifts And Safe Replacement Of Gas Cylinders. The Qualifying Exam Will Be Held Before The Examination Board Appointed By The Office Of Technical Inspection. It Is Not Permissible To Conduct Classes In An External Form, Via E-Learning, Electronically, Etc. The Participants Of The Course Will Be Students From The Transport, Logistics And Automotive Industry Of The District School Complex No. 1 In Kościerzyna - 15 People.
