1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Tailoring Of Motorcyclist Clothes (Jackets And Trousers) For 21 Motorcyclist Soldiers And Their Delivery To The Ordering Partys Uniform Warehouse.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 (Three) Parts, I.E.: 1) Part No. 1 - Sewing And Delivery Of Motorcyclist Clothes.3. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Made According To Specific Models Of Items In Force In The Ministry Of National Defense, In Accordance With The Technical And Operational Requirements (Wtu) Of The Military Research And Implementation Center Of The Uniformed Service Number 26, The Details Of Which Are Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Delivered Item Of The Order Must Be Described And Marked (With A Label) On The Packaging By The Contractor. Moreover, Each Delivered Item Of The Subject Of The Order Should Contain Size Markings, Name And Information Defining The Product In Accordance With Applicable Rules.5. The Delivered Item Should Be Properly Assembled And Packed, In Non-Returnable Packaging.6. The Delivered Item Must Be Free From Defects And Must Not Show Any Signs Of Use Or Damage.7. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor From Monday To Friday (On Business Days), Except For Days That Fall Within This Period And Are Considered Holidays By Law, Between: 8:00 To 14:00.8. Until The Ordering Party Receives The Subject Of The Contract, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Borne By The Contractor.9. The Detailed Assortment And Quantity Specification Is Set Out In: 1) Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Regarding Part No. 1.10. An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Technical And Operational Requirements (Ttu) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz;2) Designed Contract Provisions - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.11. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Sewing Activities Throughout Their Entire Duration.
