Subject Of The Order - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design, Cost Estimate And Executive Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And A Permit For The Demolition Of The Existing Building And The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Building Located At Ul. Nędzy Kubińca 140 In Kościelisko, Kościelisko Commune, Including Authors Supervision.2. The Scope Of The Order Consists Of A Guaranteed Part And A Part Covered By Option Rights. 2.1. The Guaranteed Order Includes: Provision Of Design Services Including: Preparation Of Comprehensive Multi-Sector Documentation (Architectural Concept And Complete Multi-Sector Design, Cost Estimate And Stwiorb Documentation) For The Demolition Of The Existing Building Of The Health Center In Kościelisko, Ul. Nędzy-Kubińca 140 And The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Building With Land Development, Along With Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And A Demolition And Construction Permit Or Other Administrative Decision Authorizing The Execution Of Construction Works For The Ordering Party. 2.2 Order Covered By The Option Right: 1. Option 1 - Update Of Cost Estimate Documentation, Including Investor Cost Estimates, Bill Of Quantities Of Works And A Summary Of Costs.2. Option 2 - Provision Of Technical Consulting Services During The Preparation And Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, Conducted On The Basis Of The Developed3. Option 3 - Performing Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law, To The Extent Specified In The Contract. The Condition For The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Will Depend On The Demand And Availability Of Financial Resources For The Execution Of The Order Covered By The Option Right. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To An Incomplete Extent. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times Until The Maximum Quantities Indicated In The Contract Are Exhausted. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
