The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Dismantling The Existing Hydraulic Passenger Lift And Installing A New Electric Passenger Lift Adapted For Disabled People, In The Existing Steel Shaft In The Building Of The District Court In Słupsk At Ul. Kilińskiego 43.2. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform: 2.1. Construction Documentation, Based On The Ffu, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), 2.2. Construction Works Related To The Dismantling Of The Existing Hydraulic Passenger Lift And The Installation Of A New Electric Passenger Lift Adapted For Disabled People In The Building Of The District Court In Słupsk At Ul. Kilińskiego 43, Based On The Construction Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Referred To In Point 4.2.1.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Electric Passenger Lift Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.4. The Required Minimum Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order (Including The Delivered Device, Its Assembly And Installation) Is 60 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Order.5. During The Quality Guarantee Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Free Service, Inspection And Maintenance Of The Delivered And Installed Crane, In Accordance With The Scope And Indications Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.6. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Designed Construction Works In The Field Of Assembly And Installation Of A Passenger Lift. They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.7. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annexes No. 4 To The Swz.
