The Modernization Includes The Basement Of An Existing Building Located In Siemkowo On Plot Number 97/5 In The Lniano Commune For The Purpose Of Creating A Warehouse For Civil Protection Resources. The Proceedings In Question Concern The First Stage Of The Task And Are Aimed At Preparing The Building For The Creation Of A Warehouse By Renovating The Facade Of The Basement Walls. The Scope Of The Investment Includes Excavations At The External Basement Walls Up To The Foundation Level, Plastering Of The External Basement Walls In The Plinth Zone And Below The Ground Level, And Insulation With Thick Rock Wool. 10 Cm, Vertical Waterproofing, Installation Of New External Renovation Plaster And Plaster Based On Synthetic Resins With A Lamb Structure In The Plinth Area / Installation Of A Protective Drainage Mat Below Ground Level. In Order To Modernize The Basement Wall, The Following Works Are Planned: 1. Vertical Excavations When Uncovering Category 1-2 Foundations, Cleaning The Wall Surface, Removing Old Plaster.2. Single-Layer Renovation Plaster. 20 Mm3. Vertical Damp-Proof Insulation Of Masonry Walls In Conditions Of Ground Moisture And No Water.4. Construction Of A Sealing Cove With A Radius Of 5 Cm At The Junction Of The Foundations And The Wall.5. Insulation Of Walls With 10 Cm Thick Xps Boards.6. Laying A Protective Layer On The Masonry Base.7. Application Of A Layer Of Thin-Layer Plaster .8. Plasters Based On Synthetic Resins With A Lamb Structure - Grain Size 1.5 Mm.9. Backfilling Of Excavations By Moving The Earth Up To A Distance Of 3 M And Compacting The Soil In Categories 1-2.10. A Gravel Band 50 Cm Wide, 15 Cm Thick And With A Top Layer Of 2 Cm Thick On The Ground.11. Concrete Edging 20X6 Cm On Sand Bedding With Joints Filled With Cement Mortar. Detailed Parameters Of The Presented Scope Of The Order Are Included In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Regarding The Subject Stage Of The Task Implementation, Which Is Included In Section 4 Of The Bill Of Quantities.
