The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Of A Residential Building With A Change Of Use Into A Family Support Center, The Rooms In Question Are Located On The Ground Floor Of A Residential Building, Plot No. 103/8, 157/4, Precinct 0008, Stara Kościelnica, Miłoradz Commune, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Includes: 1) Internal Works Including The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Along With Electrical And Sanitary Installations And In The Basement, Including Replacing The Furnace With A New Pellet Stove, 2) External Works Including The Installation Of A Vertical Platform Without A Shaft For The Transport Of Disabled People And Access To The Platform And Renovation Of The Porch And External Stairs, 3) Landscaping Including The Construction Of A Wooden Recreational Shelter.
