The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of 29 Sets Of Lighting Using Renewable Energy Sources In The City And Commune Of Włodowice, Together With Accompanying Works In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation Together With Annexes To The Design Documentation And Annexes To The Construction Design, Land Development Designs, Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Decision On Construction Permit No. 264/2026 Of April 22, 2026 And Certificate No. A.6743.188.2026.Zd (A.Kw-00903/26) Of April 10, 20262. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Indicated In Section 1 Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Implementation Of Lighting Using Renewable Energy Sources In The City And Commune Of Włodowice And As Part Of The Task Entitled Purchase And Installation Of Solar Lamps At Ul. Jurajska In Włodowice. The Order Will Be Implemented In Stages, With The Following Division: 1) Stage I - Execution Of 5 Sets Of Lighting As Part Of The Task Titled: Purchase And Installation Of Solar Lamps At Ul. Jurajska In Włodowice;2) Stage Ii - Construction Of 24 Sets Of Lighting As Part Of The Task Entitled Implementation Of Lighting Using Renewable Energy Sources In The City And Commune Of Włodowice, Including 23 Sets Of Lighting As Part Of The Project Titled Implementation Of Lighting Using Renewable Energy Sources In The City And Commune Of Włodowice. Each Stage Constitutes A Separate Material Scope Subject To Partial Acceptance And Separate Settlement In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Design Documentation Covers The Entire Subject Of The Order And Was Developed For The Entire Construction Project, Without Separating The Implementation Stages. The Division Of Works Into Individual Stages Was Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of Auxiliary Nature Only And Have Been Prepared To Help Contractors Calculate The Offer Price And Identify The Works Assigned To Individual Stages Of Implementation (Lump Sum Remuneration).4. Moreover, The Contractors Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
