The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Conservation Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments As Part Of The Task Entitled: Legnica - Chojnowska Gate (15Th Century): Construction And Conservation Works - Stage Ii. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory And Security Works, Including Organization And Security Of The Work Area, Obtaining A Decision On The Occupation Of The Road, Development And Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization And Implementation Of The Necessary Safeguards; 2) Assembly, Use And Disassembly Of Scaffolding With Protective Covers; 3) Examination Of The State Of Preservation Of The Foundation Part Of The Tower By Making Three Open Pits Along With Obtaining The Required Consents And Decisions Of The Competent Monument Protection Authority And Assessing The Possibility Of Implementing Insulation Damp-Proofing Of Walls; 4) Filling The Gaps In The Gothic Brick Walls And Restoring The Bonding Of The Wall; 5) Digging Out Rotten Joints And Making New Joints In The Brick Walls; 6) Color Blending The Brick Walls; 7) Hydrophobizing The Surface Of The Brick Walls; 8) Renovating The Plinth Zone, Including Removing Degraded Cement Plasters And Repairing And Supplementing The Stone Wall; 9) Removal, Transport And Management Of Rubble And Other Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works. The Detailed Scope And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation, The Conservation Work Program, The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), The Bill Of Quantities And The Designed Provisions Of The Contract. Permits For The Planned Works Have Been Issued By The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments: Decision No. 790/2025 Of 06/10/2025 For Carrying Out Conservation And Restoration Works At The Monument, As Amended By Decision No. 622/2026 Of 03/08/2026, And Decision No. 792/2025 Of 06/10/2025 On Carrying Out Construction Works At The Monument. Construction And Conservation Works Will Be Carried Out Under The Control Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Due To The Above, The Contractor, Immediately After Discovering Circumstances In The Course Of The Work That May Affect The Preservation Of The Monument And The Scope Of Work, Is Obliged To Notify The Conservator Of Monuments About All These Circumstances.
