The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Mini Excavator With A Transport Trailer Adapted To Transport The Offered Mini Excavator, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchases As Part Of Logistical Security, Area 2. Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New Mini Excavator, Complete, Technically Efficient And Ready For Use, With The Equipment Required In Swz/Opz, Including A Hydraulic Quick Coupler, A Digging Bucket With A Width Of Approximately 30 Cm, A Digging Bucket With A Width Of Not Less Than 50 Cm And A Hydraulic Slope Bucket With A Width Of Approximately 120 Cm; 2) Delivery Of A Transport Trailer With Approval And A Set Of Documents Enabling Its Registration; 3) Transport, Unloading, Commissioning And Handover Of The Subject Of The Order 4) Submission Of Documents Necessary For Proper Use, Servicing, Implementation Of Warranty Rights And Registration Of The Transport Trailer. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: 1) A Brand New Mini Excavator Along With The Equipment Necessary For Its Proper Use; 2) A Brand New Transport Trailer Designed To Transport The Offered Mini Excavator, Meeting The Requirements Enabling Its Registration And Movement On Public Roads In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 2. All Requirements Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows To Offer A Device With Equivalent Or Higher Parameters. 2. Requirements For A Mini Excavatorthe Mini Excavator Must Meet At Least The Following Requirements: 1) Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Ready For Operation; 2) Year Of Production: Not Earlier Than The Year Of Delivery; 3) Operating Weight: Up To 3000 Kg; 4) Diesel Engine With A Minimum Power Of 14.5 Kw; 5) Engine Capacity Minimum 1.1 Dm3; 6) Digging Depth Minimum 2.7 M; 7) Digging Range Minimum 4.5 M; 8) Tracked Chassis; 9) Two Double Aux Hydraulic Lines; 10) Safety Locks On Actuators; 11) Operators Cabin Or Station Equipped In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements And Applicable Regulations; 12) Ce Marking And Eu Declaration Of Conformity; 13) Approved For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 3.
