The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Including: 1) Verification Of Documentation (Energy Audits And Architectural And Construction Inventories) For A Maximum Of 370 Multi-Unit Residential Buildings From The Resources Of Former Entities Of The Socialized Economy, Including Former State Farms, State-Owned Enterprises And Agricultural Production Cooperatives; 2) Re-Verification Of The Documentation Corrected As A Result Of The Comments Indicated By The Contractor; 3) Preparation And Completion Of Ex Ante Audit Summary Documents For Individual Communes - In Compliance With The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions, In Accordance With The Specifications Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Verification Of The Architectural And Construction Inventory In The Scope Of: - Checking The Completeness Of The Inventory (Projections, Cross-Sections, Area Specifications), - Verifying The Compliance Of Geometric Data (Area, Volume, Height) With Available Data, And In The Case Of Local Visits - With Field Data, - Checking Photographic Documentation, - Analysis Of Data Compliance With The Energy Audit. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Verification Of Energy Audits In The Scope Of: - Formal Verification And Completeness, - Correctness Of Energy Calculations, - Assessment Of The Adopted Improvements, - Economic Verifications. Verification Of Energy Audits Must Take Into Account The Requirements For The Optimal Variant In The Scope Of: - Compliance With The Act On Supporting Thermal Modernization And Renovations - I.E. The Variant With The Most Favorable Ratio Of Costs To Savings Achieved, - Detailed Descriptions And Justification Of The Choice, - If The Optimal Variant Provides For The Installation Of Heat Sources Other Than Renewable Energy Sources - Verification And Confirmation Of The Existence Of Technical Possibilities Of Using The Proposed Solution. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Report For Each Building Including At Least: A) Marking Of The Building And Documentation Subject To Verification; B) List Of Documents Provided To The Contractor; C) Assessment Of The Completeness Of The Documentation; D) Description Of The Identified Deficiencies, Errors, Defects, Inconsistencies Or Non-Compliance;E) Assessment Of Compliance Of The Documentation With Legal Provisions, Program Requirements And The Employers Requirements;F) Assessment Of The Correctness Of Assumptions, Calculations And Recommended Variants;G) Clear Recommendation: Accept The Documentation Without Any Comments, Accept It After Corrections (With An Indication Of The Necessary Corrections) Or Refuse To Accept;H) Justification Of The Contractors Position;I) Reports And Photos From On-Site Visits (For Buildings Covered By The On-Site Visit);J) Confirmation Of The Validity Of The Technology Used I
