Part I - Delivery Of It Equipment With The Necessary Software And Implementation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Minimum Technical Parameters Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies The Minimum Requirements/Parameters Of The Ordered Assortment, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer Models That Meet The Minimum Requirements Or Models With Higher Parameters.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Would Indicate, In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Parameters That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party6. Equivalence Criteria: The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And/Or Devices Proposed By Him Meet (Are Equivalent) The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer The Names (Types) And Manufacturers Accepted For Valuation And Use In The Execution Of The Order Of The Offered Products And/Or Systems, And To Submit Appropriate Documents (In Polish) Describing The Technical Parameters And Manufacturer, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents, Allowing It To Be Clearly Stated That They Are Actually Equivalent. Equivalence In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Is Intended In Particular To Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In This Swz7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Offered, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. 8. The Offer Including An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process Referred To In Point 7 Section 1, Shall Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9.
