The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport And Return Of Students And Children To Schools In The Godziesze Wielkie Commune By Purchasing Monthly Tickets On School Days During The Period Of 4 Months From September 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport Of Children To Schools In The Godziesze Wielkie Commune On School Days In Relation To The Number Of Children Listed In The Lists Commuting To The School Complex No. 1 In Godziesze Wielkie, The School And Kindergarten Complex In Stobno Siódmy, And The School Complex In Wola Droszewska. Transport Of Students And Children To Schools Will Be Based On Monthly Lists With The Number Of Personalized Tickets For Children And Students Using Transport For Individual Schools. Monthly Lists Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party No Later Than The 30Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month In Which The Service Begins.1) Students Must Be Transported To Classes At Least 15 Minutes Before Their Start. The Students Travel Time From Home To School And Back Cannot Exceed 1 Hour In Each Direction.2) The Ordering Party Provides Chaperones For School Transport On All Routes Covered By This Contract. However, The Contractor Allows Carers To Travel Free Of Charge. 3) The Number Of Students For Whom Personalized Tickets Will Be Purchased (Divided Into Individual Educational Institutions) Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Before The Beginning Of Each Month. The Number Of Monthly Tickets Purchased During The Order Execution Period May Change, Of Which The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor. If The Number Of Transported Students Increases, The Contractor Must Ensure Their Transport On The Terms Specified In The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Expect To Incur Additional Fees Due To The Reduction In Transported Students. The Projected Total Number Of Students On All Routes Is 371 Children. A Change In The Number Of Children Within The Limits Indicated Above Does Not Affect The Amount Of The Monthly Ticket Price Specified In The Contractors Offer And Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Demand Any Additional Remuneration, Compensation Or Renegotiation Of The Contract Terms. This Mechanism Provides Flexibility In Transport Management While Maintaining The Financial Stability Of Order Execution. Settlements Will Be Made Monthly And Based On Lists Of Students From Individual Schools Provided By The Ordering Party.4) The Ordering Party Reserves Possible Deviations From The Given Transport Schedule Depending On Changes In Lesson Plans, The Number Of Children, Changes In The Organization Of The School Year, Making Up For Days Off, Etc. 5) In The Event Of A Break Or Restrictions In The Organization Of School Activities, Caused Primarily By Force Majeure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That Students Can Travel To And From School In Order To Participate In Other Forms Of Education Or Care, And
