1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of A Maximum Of 312,466 Bottles (Including Bottles) Of Sparkling And Still Mineral (And Spring) Water In Pet Bottles According To The Following Division: A) Up To 148,332 Bottles Of Carbonated Natural Mineral Water With A Capacity Of 1.5 Liters (Without Deposit) B) Up To 138,144 Bottles Of Still Natural Mineral Water (Can Be Exchanged For Lightly Carbonated) With A Capacity Of 1.5 L (No Deposit) C) Up To 25,920 Bottles Of Natural Sparkling Mineral Water With A Capacity Of 0.5 L (No Deposit) D) Up To 70 Pcs. Bottles Of Spring Water With A Capacity 5L The Required Parameters Of Mineral And Spring Water Are Included In Annex 2 To Swz.2) Attention! The Ordering Party Requires Only Water Packed In Bottles That Are Not Subject To A Deposit Fee (Act Of June 13, 2013 On Packaging And Packaged Waste Management (As Amended). Annex No. 7 To The Swz Indicates The Delivery Locations. The Quantity Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Contract. The Quantities Of Water Bottles Indicated Above Constitute The Maximum Size Of The Order That The Ordering Party May Place As Part Of Single Orders, But Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Entire Maximum Number Of Bottles. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Declares That It Guarantees The Execution Of The Contract At The Level Of At Least 70% Of The Value Of The Goods Specified In The Price Form. The Execution Of The Contract In The Scope Lower Than The Indicated Maximum Number Of Bottles/Cylinders And Greater Than Or Equal To 70% Of The Value In The Price Form Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. The Addresses Of The Delivery Locations Are Provided In Annex No. 7 To The Swz.B) All Deliveries Will Be Made Within 7 Business Days, Counting From The Date Of Sending The Official Order By The Ordering Party.C) Deliveries Will Be Made Between: 8.00 – 14.00 On Working Days. Outside The Indicated Hours, Goods May Not Be Accepted. Refusal To Accept The Goods Outside The Designated Hours May Not Result In The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party. D) Four (4) Deliveries Are Expected To Be Made To Municipal And District Headquarters And At Least Five (5) Deliveries To The Kraków Police Headquarters, The Opp In Kraków And The Opp Company Delegated To The Nowy Sącz Police Headquarters. The Actual Number Of Deliveries Will Be Dictated By The Storage Capacity Of Individual Police Units, Therefore There May Be More Deliveries.
