The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Vehicles Over 3.5T To Perform Olioc Tasks And Purchase Of An Agricultural Trailer As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Accessories For Vehicles Used For Olioc Tasks2. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Following Equipment: • 1 Piece Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor, Complete, Free From Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026 And Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding Admission To Road Traffic. Internal Combustion Engine With Capacity Min. 4.5 L, Powered By Diesel Oil, Rated Power Min.: 110 Hp. The Tractor Must Be Equipped With A Brand New Front Loader Compatible With The Offered Tractor./ A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Opz - Attachment No. 6 To Swz/• 1 Piece Of Agricultural Trailer, Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026 And Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding Admission To Road Traffic. Permissible Total Weight (Gvw) Minimum 10,000 Kg;/ A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Opz - Appendix No. 6 To Swz/The Equipment Should Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law And Should Not Require Any Additional Expenditure And Be Ready For Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Mykanów Commune. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Training In The Basic Operation Of The Machine. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements Are Described In Annex No. 6 To Swz. The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Is An Attachment To The Offer; The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Fully Operational, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party, And Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use. The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz. All Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples And Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4.
