The Hus Group Surveys The Solutions And Service Providers On The Market To Organize External Clinical Audits Of The Use Of Radiation. The Object Of Procurement Is Hus Groups Radiation Use Medical Exposure Class 1 Functions. The Offered Audit Must Cover Hus Hospital Areas Special Care And Primary Care Radiation Use Functions In Accordance With The Exposure Class Related To The Audit Entity. Clinical Audit Refers To An External Evaluation That Meets The Requirements Of The Following Standards:- Radiation Act 859/2018- Government Decree On Ionizing Radiation 1034/2018- Ministry Of Social Affairs And Health Decree On Ionizing Radiation 1044/2018- Regulations Of The Radiation Safety Agency (S Series)- Recommendations Of The Clinical Expert Group Under The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Health 1–19. Clinical Audits Must Be Completed By The End Of 2028. The Scope And Content Of The Audit Must Cover The Above-Mentioned Authority Requirements. To The Extent That The Audit Requires A Visit To The Functional Unit, The Audits Must Be Carried Out On Weekdays During Normal Office Hours. In Addition, The Audit Should Be Scheduled In Such A Way That It Interferes With Normal Clinical Activities As Little As Possible. The Audit Entity Includes The Following Sub-Assemblies: 1. Angiography Activities Of The Hus Diagnostic Center 2. Isotope Activities Of The Hus Diagnostic Center 3. Angiography Activities Of The Hus Heart And Lung Center 4. Angiography Activities Of The Hus Surgical Departments 5. Radiotherapy And Isotope Activities Of The Hus Cancer Center Audits Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Radiation Act And Regulation, Stm Regulation 1044/2018 And The Recommendations Given By The Stm Clinical Audit Expert Group (Recommendations 1–19). The Audits Must Be Made Into A Written Audit Report That Meets The Requirements Of The Official Standards. The Auditing Company Must Report In Writing Every Three Months On The Progress Of The Audits Compared To The Audit Plan To The Project Group Coordinating The Audit Of Radiation Use.
