Organization And Administration Of The Works Contract; D. Management Of The Process Of Making The Changes; E. Management Of The Claims Realization Process; F. Management Of The Financial Aspects Of The Contract For The Design And Execution Of Works; G. Information Management Within The Contract Of Design And Execution Of Works. The Supervisors Activities Will Be Carried Out On The Construction Site, In The Space Provided By The Contractor, To Ensure An Effective Connection With Him And/Or The Beneficiary. The Cost Of Utilities For The Space Made Available Will Be Provided By The Contractor. By Purchasing The Contract Supervision Services Of The Works Contract, The Contracting Authority Ensures That Throughout The Duration Of The Design And Execution, The Contractor Will Design And Execute All The Works, In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, Especially In Terms Of Duration, Quality And Cost, Aiming At The Correct Use Of Available Funds As Well As The Achievement Of The Objectives Of The Financing Agreement Concluded With Adr Se.
