General Description Of The Construction Projectthe Mitterfelden Elementary School Is Located Within An Existing School And Educational Campus In The Mitterfelden District Of The Municipality Of Ainring. The Subject Of The Overall Construction Project Is The Expansion And Conversion Of The Mitterfelden Elementary School To Create A Central School Location With All-Day Care. For This Purpose, A Three-Story Extension Building With No Basement Will Be Built In Reinforced Concrete Construction. The New Building Includes In Particular Teaching, Administration And Meeting Rooms As Well As Eight Classrooms In A Learning House Structure. The Existing School Building Will Be Converted At Different Times And Adapted To The New School And Care-Related Requirements. The Outer Walls Of The Extension Will Predominantly Have Ventilated, Wood-Based Facade Cladding. Parts Of The Building Shell Are Designed As Wood-Aluminum Post-Transom Facades With Integrated Wood-Aluminum Window Doors And Aluminum Entrance Door Elements. The Building Will Have A Gently Sloping Hipped Roof With Sheet Metal Covering And A Photovoltaic System.
