The Above Resulted In Significant Delays In The Implementation Of An Investment Important For The Hospital, And Further Duplication Of The Current Model Of Conduct Would Involve A High Risk Of Further Delays, Which The Ordering Party - Due To The Nature Of The Investment - Cannot Accept. B) Due To The Need To Urgently Implement The Investment Project, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Adopt Technological Solutions That Will Guarantee The Maximum Shortening Of The Work Implementation Time And The Reduction Of Construction Risks. The Analysis Of Available Technologies Showed That Only 3D Modular Technology With A Steel Structure Ensures The Possibility Of Implementing The Investment Within The Required Deadline, While Maintaining High Quality Of Workmanship. C) Additionally, It Should Be Emphasized That The Investment Is Being Carried Out In Particularly Difficult Organizational And Technical Conditions. The Investment Site Is Located In An Area With Limited Spatial Accessibility, Making It Impossible To Organize A Classic Construction Site And Carry Out Intensive Earthworks And Assembly Works Typical Of Traditional Technology. At The Same Time, The Facility Is An Active Hospital Operating Continuously, Without The Possibility Of Temporarily Shutting Down Part Of It From Use Or Relocating Patients. Consequently, Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Minimizes Interference With Ongoing Medical Activities, Including Without Generating Excessive Noise, Vibrations And Dust, As Well As Without Long-Term Occupation Of Usable Spaces. E) In Light Of The Above, 3D Modular Technology With A Steel Structure, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, Is The Only Solution That Meets All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, In Particular By: Significantly Shortening The Implementation Time Thanks To The Prefabrication Of Elements Outside The Investment Site, Limiting Wet And Field Works, Minimizing The Nuisance For The Operating Hospital (Noise, Vibrations, Dust
