The Aim Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Contract For Work No. 134/26 (Hereinafter Referred To As Sod) With One Supplier For The Purpose Of Comprehensive Supply, Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Integration And Commissioning Of Technical Security Systems In The Hall Located On The Premises Of The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Wording Of The Sod And Its Annexes, I.E. The Price List (Annex No. 1 Sod) And Drawing Documentation (Annex No. 2 Sod), For The Entire Period Of Validity Of This Sod. Sod Is Annex No. 7 Of This Zd. The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes In Particular: - Supply And Installation Of An Alarm Security And Emergency System (Pzts), - Supply And Installation Of An Electronic Access Control System (Skv), - Supply And Installation Of A Surveillance Video System (Dvs), - Implementation Of Cable Routes, Data And Optical Infrastructure, - Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Programming Of Individual Technological Elements, - Integration Of All Delivered Systems Into The Contractors Unified Security System, - Processing Of Installation Documentation Of The Actual Implementation, - Performance Of Functional Tests, Introduction Into Operation, - Operator Training, - Handing Over Documentation, Inspection Reports And Other Documents, - Provision Of Warranty Service For A Minimum Of 2 Years. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Annex No. 1 Sod – Technical Specification And Price List. The Client Requires That All Newly Supplied Components And Technologies Be Fully Compatible With The Existing Security System Used By The Client, Both In Terms Of Technical Connection And In Terms Of Software Integration And Central Management. The Contractor Operates The Security System Of The Manufacturer Novar Gmbh, Including The Central Surveillance Software Winmag Plus. The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure That All Supplied Components Are Fully Integrated Into This System And Enable Its Unified Management And Operation Without Limiting Functionality. The Contracting Authority States That This Vz Is Part Of A Wider Technical And Functional Set Of Security Systems On The Contracting Authoritys Premises. When Determining The Expected Value Of The Vz And Choosing The Procurement Regime, The Contracting Authority Proceeded In Accordance With The Principle Of The Prohibition Of Dividing The Subject Of The Vz According To § 18 Of The Act. The Individual Services Form One Functional Unit, As They Are Materially, Technically And Temporally Related And Aim To Ensure A Uniform Security System On The Contractors Premises. For This Reason, The Contracting Authority Enters The Vz In Over-Limit Mode. The Fulfillment Of The Vz Follows On From Already Implemented Parts Of The Security System And Extends Its Functionality To Other Objects Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority States That This Vz Is Part Of A Wider Technical And Functional Set Of Security Systems On The Contracting Authoritys Premises.
