Real Estate Services – Provision Of Property Administration For Frederiksberg Municipality. Frederiksberg Municipality Is Re-Tendering The Task Of Administration Of The Municipalitys Residential And Commercial Leases, Which Since 2011 Has Been Handled By An External Supplier. A Contract Of Either 3 Years With Entry Into Force Per 1 January 2027 And With An Option For Frederiksberg Municipality To Extend For A Further 2 X 12 Months. The Tendered Task Concerns Property Administration Of Frederiksberg Municipalitys Residential And Commercial Leases. Pt. It Concerns The Following: 736 Homes, Which Are Primarily Used To Solve The Municipal Housing Obligation Under Section 80 Of The Services Act, Youth Housing And Elderly Housing, Which Are Administered In Accordance With The Tenancy Act And The Housing Regulation Act 53 Commercial Leases, Where The Leases Cover Premises, Garages, Ball Fields And Antenna Positions. The Leases Are Divided Between Leases Regulated By The Commercial Lease Act And Leases Based On General Contractual Legal Principles. 710 Public Elderly/Care Homes With Associated Service Areas, Which Are Administered In Accordance With Public Housing Legislation. Please Note That There Is A Requirement That The Supplier Provides A Locally Located Administration Office In Frederiksberg Municipality, Where Resident Inquiries Can Be Made. The Office Must Give Residents The Opportunity To Process Cases From The Ground Floor Or With Lift Access, Where Residents, Apartment Seekers And Other Personal Inquiries Can Be Handled. Residents Must Be Able To Contact The Office In Person On Weekdays For A Minimum Of 15 Hours Per Week And Min. An Afternoon Between 13.00 To 16.00. The Telephone Hours Must Be Valid During Normal Opening Hours At Min. 28 Hours Spread Over The Whole Week.
