The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Gradual Delivery Of A Total Of 7 Pieces Of Handling Equipment (Forklift Trucks, Electric Platform And Pallet Low-Lift Trucks And Manual Pallet Trucks) For The Future Operation Of The Multifunctional Sports And Culture Hall In Brno (Hereinafter Referred To As Mfh), While The Contracting Authority Is The Future Operator Of Mfh. The Delivery Also Includes The Transport Of The Handling Equipment To The Place Of Fulfillment (Mfh), Commissioning, Training Of The Operator (Employees Of The Contracting Authority), Always With The Delivery Of The First Piece Of The Relevant Type Of Handling Equipment And Warranty Service (Regular Service During The Warranty Period). The Delivery Also Includes The Presentation Of All Related Documents For Handling Equipment (Manuals, Service Books, Etc.). All Handling Equipment Must Be New And If It Is The Same Type Of Handling Equipment Required, It Must Be Handling Equipment Of The Same Type (So It Cannot Be, For Example, Different Models); The Contracting Authority Does Not Accept The Supply Of Refurbished Handling Equipment.
