Architectural Services For Buildings - Preparation Of Working Investment Projects For The Implementation Of The Technical And Energy Passport Measures With The Purpose Of Functional Renovation, Repair And Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In 21 Su Hr Botev As Well Renovation Of Courtyard Space And Construction Of A New Gym With Warm Connection, Relocation Of Existing Substation And Cables For A New One And Performing Author Supervision. The Assignment Of The Activities Aims To Prepare Working Investment Projects For Functional Renovation, Repair And Introduction Of Measures For Energy Efficiency And Accessible Environment In 21 Su Hr. Botev, Building A New Gym, Moving A Substation And Renovating The Yard. Project Solutions Should Cover The Full Range Of Activities Described In The Technical Specification, Annex #1 To It, The Technical Passport, The Technical Survey Report And The Energy-Saving Measures Described In The Energy Efficiency Survey Report. The Activities Are Divided Into The Following Main Groups: Group 1 – Measures For Energy Efficiency, Functional Renovation And Accessible Environment In The Main Building Of The School: Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, Roof And Floors (With Preservation Of The Uniform Architectural Appearance And Treatment Of The Concrete Elements On The Facades); Roof Repair And Waterproofing; Measures On The Heating Installation; High-Temperature Air-Water Type Heat Pump With An Efficiency Not Lower Than 350% And Joint (Bivalent) Operation With The Subscriber Station; A System For Automatic Control And Management Of Heat Supply; Replacement Of Lighting With Led Illuminators; Replacement Of Electrical Panels And Installations; Lightning Protection; Photovoltaic Plant For Own Consumption With Inverter And Battery Block; Additional Photovoltaic Plant For Powering The Heat Pump; Provision Of An Accessible Environment According To Ordinance No.Rd-02-20-2/26.01.2021; Group 2 – Demolition Of The Existing Gymnasium And Construction Of A New Gymnasium With A Warm Connection To The Main Building (Two Storey - With A Basketball And Volleyball Court And A Grandstand Area On The Ground Level, Complementing The Sports Area With An Athletics Track On The Second Level, Gym, Table Tennis, Teachers Office, Storage And Sanitary Facilities), Including Vrf Installation And Ventilation, Plumbing And Electrical Installations Of The New Gym, And A Direct Access Facility Of Disadvantaged People; Group 3 – Displacement Of An Existing Substation Housed In The Building Of The Old Gym And Cables For A New Substation, In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Operating Company; Group 4 – Complete Repair And Renovation Of The Yard Space: Sports Facilities With Modern Sports Surfaces And Leveling Of The Slope Of The Playing Fields; Outdoor Fitness; Recreation Areas; Playground According To Ordinance No. 1/2009; Corner For Drinking Water; Park Furniture; Landscaping And Vegetation Sanitation Expertise; Rebuilding The Fence; Lighting And Video Surveillance In The Yard; Removal Of Surface Water. The Groups Of Activities Listed Above Do Not Represent Independent Sub-Objects. For The Purposes Of Designing, Permitting And Implementing The Construction, The Activities Are Divided Into Three Sub-Sites: Sub-Site 1 – Measures For Energy Efficiency, Functional Renovation And Accessible Environment In The Main Building Of The School; Subproject 2 – Demolition Of The Existing Gym And Construction Of A New Gym With A Warm Connection To The Main Building, Including Relocation Of
