The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Packages For Collecting Dna Genetic Material With An Fta Card For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź, Police Units Of The Łódź Garrison And The Management Board Of The Central Police Investigation Bureau In Łódź, The Łódź Division Of The Police Internal Affairs Bureau And The Łódź Board Of The Central Bureau For Combating Cybercrime. 2. A Detailed List Of The Assortment Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Detailed Technical Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Unit Prices Given In Annex No. 2 To The Swz In The Assortment And Price Form Will Not Change For The Duration Of This Contract, Subject To The Provisions Contained In § 11 In The Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order At The Unit Prices Included In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. The Validity Period Of The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Cannot Be Shorter Than 26 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Provided That If The Validity Period Granted By The Manufacturer Is Longer, The Longer Validity Period Applies. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enter The Validity Period Of The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.13.
