1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Advisory Services And Specialist Substantive Support, Consisting In Particular Of Analysis, Giving Opinions, Consulting And Providing Substantive Support In The Process Of Developing, Updating And Creating Internal Procedures And Acts Of Internal Law Of The University, Carried Out By The Ordering Party. The Services Also Include The Analysis Of The Ordering Partys Procedures And Internal Legal Acts And Their Adaptation To Current Legal Provisions And Applicable Accessibility Standards. The Services Provided By The Contractor Will Be Performed By The Team Of Experts Indicated By The Contractor In The List Of Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Order. 2. Developed And Updated Procedures And Internal Legal Acts, Including Regulations, Statutes, Strategies And Other Formal Documents, Will Concern Ensuring Architectural, Digital And Information And Communication Accessibility. Both The New And Amended Documents Will Cover Key Processes Implemented By The University, In Particular Related To Recruitment For Studies, The Education Process, Conducting Scientific Research, Participation In Academic Life And Employment. The Total Maximum Involvement Of The Expert Team In The Implementation Of The Order Is Up To 1,000 Hours Throughout The Entire Project Implementation Period. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Work Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party And Approved By Him, With The Possibility Of Updating It During The Execution Of The Order, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Progress Of Work, Provided That The Maximum Limit Of Hours Referred To Above Is Not Exceeded. The Provision Of Services Will Be Documented In The Form Of Reports Settled On A Monthly Basis, Taking Into Account The Detailed Scope Of The Service Performed In A Given Month, Along With The Number Of Hours Completed.3. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On The Experts Hourly Rate, Provided That The Maximum Limit Of 1,000 Hours Is Not Exceeded, And The Minimum Number Of Hours For Contract Execution Is 700 Hours. 1 Hour Of Service Provision Is Understood As 60 Clock Minutes. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Section Ii Of The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Specified In The Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Section Iii Of The Swz.
