1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Liquidation Of An Underground Room After A Coal Storage Facility For The Building At Al. Korfantego 61 In Katowice, Located On Plot No. 24/105 At Ul. Ordona 10-22. 2. The Works Will Include In Particular: 1) Temporary Protection Of The Heat Pipeline, 2) Demolition Of A Fragment Of The Road, 3) Demolition Of The Upper Ceiling Of The Coal Warehouse, 4) Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Wall Of The Adjacent Building, 5) Backfilling Of The Lower Level, 6) Construction Of A Valve Well, 7) Backfilling Of The Upper Level, 8) Reconstruction Of The Road Surface. As Part Of The Contractual Obligations, The Contractor Is Obliged To Preparation Of Work Safety Instructions (Ibwr) And A Health And Safety Plan (Bioz). Information Relevant For The Implementation Of The Order: (1) The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Vicinity Of Inhabited Buildings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access And/Or Access To Surrounding Properties During The Works And To Keep The Used Communication Routes, Parking Lots And Sidewalks Clean On An Ongoing Basis. (2) The Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Construction Works Performed And Materials Used Is 3 Years. (3) The Remuneration Should Include Costs Related To The Mandatory Supervision Of Tauron- Ciepło Over The Security Of The Heating Connection. (4) Construction Works Can Begin After The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Connection By The Housing Community Of The Building At Al. Korfantego 61 (5) The Contractor Will Agree With Mzuim On The Route For The Removal Of Rubble And Waste. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Procurement Documents, Including: 1) Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, 2) Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Equivalence Parameters: 1) If The Design Documentation, Stwiorb Or Bills Of Quantities Would Indicate, In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Trademarks Or Origin, Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 4 And 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of Products Equivalent Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: A) Dimensions And Structure (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), B) Functional Character (Identity Of Functions), C) Mate
