Swz: 5.1. Subject Of The Order - Performance Of Design Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Buildings Along With The Expansion And Development Of The Area Of The Special Educational And Educational Center For Disabled Children And Youth - Procedure No. Pim/07/26/Zp62/2026-503. Performance Of Design Works (Basic Scope And Possible Scope - Option Law) Under The Task Entitled Modernization Of Buildings Along With The Expansion And Development Of The Area Of The Special Educational And Educational Center For Disabled Children And Youth. The Subject Of The Design Work Is The Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Documentation Of An Investment Project Aimed At Relocating Two Institutions From A Non-Functional Facility: A Primary School And A Job Training School And Enabling The Admission Of An Increased Number Of Students. The Investment Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Covering A New Building For Two Institutions: A Primary School And A Job Training School With A Connector, A Playground And The Necessary Infrastructure, Including A Fire Route And The Demolition Of The Current Primary School Building To The Extent Resulting From Fire Protection Requirements. The Estimated Usable Area Of The New Building Is 2000-2250 M2. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Awarding An Optional Order Described In §2 Paragraph 1 Letter B And In § 19 Of The Agreement: I. Technical Design Of All Industries, Including The Design Of Greenery And Small Architecture Of A New Building For 2 Primary Schools And A Job Training School - 3 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic, Editable Version And Pdf (Usb Drive); Ii. Executive Design Of A New Building For 2 Primary Schools And A Job Training School - 3 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic, Editable Version And Pdf (Usb Drive); Iii. Update Of Previous Studies, If Required. The Remuneration For The Performance Of Works Covered By The Option Right May Not Exceed 80% Of The Net Value Of The Agreement For The Basic Scope. The Entire Subject Of The Order Is Subject To Execution In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering And Generally Applicable Law.
