The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Municipal Access Road, Plot No. 191/2, 196/2, 102, 99, 98, 95, 94/1 In Czarna. Description Of The Existing Condition: The Road In The Town Of Czarna Constituting Plots No. 191/2, 196/2, 102, 99, 98, 95, 94/1 Is The Only Access To The Land And Meadows Located Behind The Czarna Stream. Although Both Sections Constitute One Road, They Are Currently Not Connected To Each Other. However, The Section Excluded From Modernization At Km 0+600 - 0+644, Which Also Includes A Wooden Bridge, Is In The Legal Status Adjustment Phase. Section I At Km 0+300 - 0+600 Has Access To The Public District Road No. 1501K Uście Gorlickie - Czarna - Śnietnica Via Other Road Properties, I.E. The Internal Road To The Cemetery With A Surfaced And Consolidated Surface, Located On Plots No. 193, 197/1 Owned By The Commune Of Uście Gorlickie, Located In The Town Of Czarna. Section Ii At Km 0+644 - 0+944 Has Direct Access To The Above-Mentioned. The District Road And The Remaining Section Of The Road With A Gravel Surface. In Both Cases, The Stream Is Crossed Via Existing Culverts. As A Result Of The Use Of The Road Sections Planned For Reconstruction, I.E. The Passage Of Agricultural Vehicles With Equipment, Cattle Driving And The Effects Of Weather Conditions, The Surface On These Sections Became Loose And Mixed With Soil Fractions. The Road Planned For Reconstruction Has A Gravel Surface With A Width Of 3.00 M - 3.20 M. Scope Of Work: As Part Of The Reconstruction, It Is Planned To Perform Similar Works On Both Sections, Consisting In Preparing The Road Strip For Hardening, I.E. Cleaning The Slopes Of The Ditch With Self-Seeding Grass. Up To 10 Cm, Profiling The Existing Gravel Surface To Appropriate Transverse Slopes Along With Cutting The Roadsides And Compacting The Subsoil For The Construction Layers Of The Surface, A Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate 15 Cm Thick And 3.0 M Wide Over A Length Of 600 M Along With Profiling The Surface With Aggregate Within The Exits (Adapting The Exit Surface To The Road Grade). To Ensure The Protection Of The Road Surface Against Damage By Rainwater, Earthworks Related To Cleaning The Existing Right-Hand Ditch Are Planned For The Entire Section Covered By The Reconstruction, I.E. For A Length Of 600 M. As A Result Of The Works, The Technical Parameters Of The Road Will Not Change, The Width Of The Road, Shoulders And Longitudinal Slope Will Be Maintained.
