1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Activated Coke/Activated Carbon For The Needs Of Mzgok Sp. Z O. O. In Konin. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order 2.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Quality Parameters, Is Specified In Part V Of The Swz. 2.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Delivery By Road Tanker And Unloading Of Activated Coke/Activated Carbon Into A V = 60 M3 Tank. The Tank Is Equipped With A Dn 110 Fire Brigade Type Connection. The Single Delivery Volume Is Approximately 18 Mg.2.3. Estimated Expected Demand - 56 Mg. The Indicated Amounts Of Activated Coke/Activated Carbon Are Estimates. The Amount Of Ammonia Water Required Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform At Least 60% Of The Demand Provided For In The Contract. Limiting The Scope Of The Order In Accordance With The Previous Sentence Does Not Constitute Improper Performance Of The Contract By The Ordering Party, And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claim On The Part Of The Contractor For Reimbursement Of Expenses Incurred Or For Lost Remuneration.3. The Deliveries Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Successively Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. The Ordered Batch Of Activated Coke/Activated Carbon Will Be Delivered Within 21 Business Days From The Date Of Request.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Valid Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Business Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Entire Duration Of The Contract For The Amount Of At Least Pln 250,000.00. Details Regarding Insurance Are Included In § 8 Of The Draft Contract (Annex No. 6 To The Swz).5. The Contractors Obligations And Detailed Conditions Required For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
