Development Of The Software Solution, Including Upgrading The Technological Platform And Information Security Measures, As Well As The Development And Implementation Of: A) Electronic Student Card Module B) Electronic Attendance Monitoring Module C) Module Electronic Certification Per Semester D) Kukep Component Of The Electronic General Ledger Module E) Scholarships Module F) Module Dormitories G) Hr Component Of The Human Resources Module H) Teacher Satisfaction Surveys Functionality I) Crm System 4. Testing 5. Implementation And Commissioning 6. Staff Training For Working With The Information System 7. Preparation And Delivery Of Project Documentation 8. Warranty Support Of The Information System, Starting From The Date Of Its Acceptance With The Acceptance-Transmission Protocol; 9. Post-Warranty Support Of The Information System, Starting From The Date On Which The Warranty Support Expires; 10. Transfer Of Information System Intellectual Property Rights The Detailed Description Of The Implementation Is Described In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). Term For Upgrading, Implementation, Testing And Commissioning - No More Than 9 (Nine) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Term For Providing Warranty Maintenance - Not Less Than 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The System Into Operation. Term For Provision Of Post-Warranty Maintenance – Not Less Than 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Completion Of Warranty Maintenance.
