In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, The Contractor Should Forecast The Consumption Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites And Carry Out Planning And Negotiation Of The Specific Amounts Of Active Net Low-Voltage Electrical Energy, According To The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee). If There Is A Technical Possibility, The Contracting Authority Will Also Add New Sites, Additionally Included In The List Of Commercial Metering Devices, In The Relevant Order, With The Documents Required For This And At The Price Per Mwh Agreed With The Contractor.
