The Public Procurement Is Mixed Within The Meaning Of Art. 11 Of The Zop, As It Includes Activities With More Than One Object - Delivery And Service, But Is Awarded As A Delivery On The Basis Of Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Zop, As The Estimated Value Of The Delivery Is Higher Than That Of The Service. The Following Types Of Works Will Be Subject To Execution Under This Public Procurement: - Diagnostics And Repair Of Engine, Fuel System (Diesel), Ignition System, Electrical Installation, Transmission, Distribution And Distribution Boxes, Running Gear (Front Axle, Rear Axle, Suspension), Control Joystick, Brake System, Hydraulic System, Hydraulic Pump And Valves, Ventilation And Heating Installation, Lubrication And Cooling System And Others; - Delivery Of All Types Of Spare Parts And Consumables Necessary For The Maintenance Of The Excavator And Its Introduction Into Technical Condition; - Delivery Of All Types Of Filters, Belts, Seals And Others; - The Repair Of The Excavator Will Be Carried Out Within The Territorial Scope Of Tp Dgs Eleshnitsa, Depending On The Location Of The Machine. In The Event That The Machine Cannot Be Repaired In The Field, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Service Base (Own Or Rented), Equipped With The Necessary Equipment And Tools To Perform The Technical Activities, The Object Of The Order. Repair Of The Combined Excavator-Loader, The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Carried Out If Necessary, After A Request Has Been Made By The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By It; - The Contractor Should Ensure Daily Acceptance Of Repair Requests; - The Rationing Of Labor During The Repair Of The Excavator Must Not Exceed The Duration Of The Work Operations, According To The Proposed List Of The Relevant Participant. Repairs Should Be Carried Out Qualitatively And In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Respective Manufacturer. If It Is Necessary To Perform A Work Operation Outside The List According To The Previous Sentence, The Contractor Makes An Offer With The Duration Of The Relevant Operation And Proceeds With Its Performance After Approval By The Contracting Authority; - The Contractor Must Strictly Fill In Service Protocols For The Performed Service Or Repair Of The Machine, In Which The Serial Number Of The Excavator, Working Hours From The Moto-Clock, Volume Of The Performed Service Service Or Repair, Inserted Spare Parts And/Or Consumables, Types Of Service Operations Performed, Date/Signature/Stamp Are Entered; - The Delivered And Installed Spare Parts Must Correspond To The Make And Model Of The Machine, And Be New And Unused, Meeting All Quality Requirements According To Bulgarian Regulations And Standards.; - The Warranty Period For The Performed Repairs Should Not Be Shorter Than 12 Months, Counted From The Date On Which The Acceptance By The Employer Of The Repaired Backhoe Loader Was Certified In Writing. The Above-Mentioned Activities Do Not Exhaust The Entire Scope Of Supplies And Services Subject To The Public Procurement And May Be Supplemented During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract.
