Tenders are invited for Renovation of Accountant Quarters at Lunugala Divisional Secretariat Division Contract No: BD/FMG/PROC/2026/19 Estimated Civil Cost: Rs. 9.63 million NonRefundable Fee: Rs. 2,000 Project Duration: 75 days Required CIDA Grade: C8, C7 & C6 Bid Validity: 77 days Bid Security: Rs. 100,000 (valid until 28 Nov 2026) 2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure (NCB). 3. To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall be registered in the field of building construction or highway with the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA), valid until the date of closing of the bids. Further, the registration should be valid at the date of award. *"The bidders shall also register themselves with Registrar of Public Contracts, Sri Lanka, in terms of the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987. The original certificate of registration (PCA 03) shall be submitted with the bid. The procurement shall not be awarded to any bidder unless such bidder has submitted the PCA 03 certificate".* 4. Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee Financial Management Division, 3rd Floor, District Secretariat, Badulla to reach at or before 10:00 hrs on 14th of August 2026. 7. Bids will be closed at 10.00 am on 14th of August 2026 and opened at 10.15 hrs at District Secretarys Conference Room, 5th Floor, District Secretariat, Badulla in presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. 8.
