Tenders are invited for Supply of Man Power Services such as unskilled labour, Data Entry services, Telephone operators, Supply of Security, Domestic Meter Reading and Issuing Bills, Janitorial Services etc. A complete set of documents/information copies for Registration of Suppliers & Contractors (Applications) could be obtained from Office of the Director (WPS II), Chief Engineer (Commercial) WPS II Unit, Electricity Distribution Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, 1st Floor, 644, Sri Jayawardanepura Mawatha, Ethulkotte on any working day from 30th July 2026 to 01st September 2026 between 9.00h and 14.00h on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000.00 per item in cash for each item category as mentioned above. The application registration fee for the Suppliers/Contractors who are already registered for 2026 and wish to continue the service for the same Item/s or Service/s in 2027 and for new Suppliers/Contractors will be Rs.5,000.00 for a single Item/Service/Contracts and Rs. 25,000.00 for Pole Suppliers, which is non-refundable and applicable for the year 2027 only. Selected Suppliers/Contractors shall pay the non refundable registration fee at the end of the tender process and once the award confirmation received.
