Tenders are invited for Supply of Beds with Mattress Includes Three Function Beds (manual and electric), Examination Beds, Lithotomy Beds, Waterproof Mattresses, and Air Mattresses. Approximate Estimate: Rs. 6.3 million Refundable Bid Guarantee: Rs. 64,000 Bid Document Fee: Rs. 1,000 Instructions: Bids must be submitted only on official bid forms obtained from the hospital. Bid documents can be collected from the Accounts Division between 31 July 2026 and 13 August 2026, 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m., upon payment of the nonrefundable fee. Completed bids (Original and Duplicate) must be sealed, placed in a single envelope with contract name and number, and submitted by registered post to: Director, District General Hospital, Monaragala Or deposited in the Tender Box at the Hospital Accountants Office.
