The University Of Twente (Ut) Has Started A European Public Tender For The Contracting Of One Partner For Broker Services. The Aim Of The Ut Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor Who Will Take Care Of All The Worries Surrounding The Hiring Of External Support Staff. The Services Are Aimed At Interim Professionals (Such As Seconded Workers And Self-Employed Persons) For Support Functions. The Most Important Parts Of The Assignment Are: Intermediary Services: Sourcing, Recruitment And Selection Of Candidates Via A Broad Network Of Suppliers And Direct Self-Employed Recruitment. Contract Management: The Complete Administrative, Contractual And Financial Handling (Including Hiring Risk Management). Transition And Implementation: Migration Of Current Contracts And The Implementation Of Work Processes And System Connections. Scientific Staff And Specific Fields Such As Ict, Medical And Legal Are Outside The Scope Of This Tender. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Enter Into Force On January 1, 2027 For An Initial Period Of Two Years. The Client Has The Unilateral Option To Extend The Agreement Twice By One Year, Up To A Total Maximum Term Of Four Years.
