Repair And Maintenance Services Of Mechanical Building Installations – Wartung Laborluftregelung (V+W 2026 - 2029). The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Maintenance, Testing And Troubleshooting Of A Coherent Laboratory Control System With Approx. 687 Laboratory Fume Cupboard And Volume Flow Controllers, Including The Associated Room Pressure Controls, Room Pressure Cascades, Master/Slave Controls And Cross-Room Control Functions. For Safety And Warranty Reasons, The Existing Systems Must Be Checked And Maintained Regularly (Annually). In Order To Ensure Continuous, Economical And Procurement Law-Compliant Service Provision, The Regularly Recurring Maintenance Services Are To Be Bundled In A Multi-Year Maintenance Contract In The Future. At The Same Time, The Possibility Should Be Created To Order The Necessary Services To Resolve Faults On The Same Contractual Basis. The Contract Is Expected To Start On October 1St, 2026. The Contract Duration Should Be 12 Months Plus A Three-Time Extension Option For A Further 12 Months Each, Up To September 30, 2030 At The Latest.
