The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Comprehensive Reconstruction Of Apartment Buildings No. 380 And No. 561 In Josefa Šíra Street In Vrchlabí, Including Related Buildings, Technical Equipment Of Buildings, Engineering Networks And Outdoor Improvements. The Reconstruction Includes In Particular: • Layout Modifications Of Existing Housing Units And Common Areas, • Reconstruction And Static Securing Of Load-Bearing Structures, • Repairs, Strengthening Or Replacement Of Ceiling Structures, • Repairs, Strengthening And Partial Replacement Of Roof Structures, • Complete Reconstruction Of The Roof Sheathing, • Rehabilitation Of Damp Masonry, Waterproofing Measures And Protection Against Radon, • Insulation Of The Building Envelope With The Etics System While Respecting The Requirements Of Historic Preservation, • Replacement And Restoration Of Internal Surfaces, Floors, Plasters And Related Structures, • Construction Of Barrier-Free Access And Installation Of Elevators, • Implementation Of New Distributions Of Medical Technical Installations, • Implementation Of New Distributions Of Electrical Installations, Data Distributions, Common Tv Antenna And Home Communication Systems, • Implementation Of A New Heating System And Preparation Of Hot Water Using Gas Condensing Boilers, • Implementation Of Air-Conditioning Equipment And Ventilation Systems, • Establishment Of New Gas Pipeline Connections, • Repositioning Of Sewage Connections, • Construction Of A Rainwater Management System, Including Retention And Accumulation Tanks, Infiltration Facilities And Related Sewerage Systems, • Modification Of Paved Areas, Access Routes And Courtyard, • Performance Of All Tests, Revisions, Geodetic Surveying Of The Actual Construction And Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Completion And Commissioning Of The Construction.
