3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Farm Building Constituting Nursery Facilities Into The Szkółkarskie Forestry Office. The Farm Building, Intended For Change Of Use And Reconstruction, Is Divided Into A Utility Part And A Social And Office Part. The Social And Office Part Has A Basement, And There Is A Utility Room In The Basement. The Building Was Constructed With A Wooden Frame Structure, Finished With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal; The Walls Above The Basement Were Filled With Aerated Concrete Blocks. The Roof Has A Wooden Structure (Girders) Covered With Galvanized Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. The Following Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Reconstruction: 1) Replacing The Roof Covering Of The Entire Building, 2) Rebuilding The Walls On The Ground Floor And Constructing A New External Ceiling In The Part Where The Forestry Office Will Be Built, 3) Replacing Five Windows In The Utility Part, 4) Replacing The Garage Door In The Utility Part On The Ground Floor On The North-Eastern Side And In The Basement, 5) Constructing A New Electrical Installation With A Connection Power Engineering, 6) Construction Of An Internal Sewage System Together With The Construction Of A Septic Tank For Liquid Waste, 7) Construction Of A Water Supply System And Connection. The Task Also Involves The Demolition Of Unused Farm Buildings (2 Pieces) And A Warehouse Building Located On The Premises Of The Forest Nursery In Górzanka, Along With Waste Disposal.
