Reconstruction Of The Road On Plot No. 95/4, Ślazowo District. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Road On Plot No. 95/4, Ślazowo District. The Existing Road Surface Made Of Trilinka Is In Poor Technical Condition And Has Numerous Ruts. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Reconstruction Of The Road Surface To A Surface Made Of 8 Cm Thick Concrete I-Beam Paving Stones, Construction Of A 3.5 M Wide Road Over A Length Of 126.35 M And Its Widening To A Width Of 5 M In The Area Of ​​The Intersection With The District Road. It Is Also Planned To Construct Seven Sloping Parking Spaces, A Left-Side Drain Made Of Concrete Cubes And Individual Exits, Connected To The Road And The Existing Terrain. The Order Also Includes The Dismantling Of Two Existing Road Inlets, The Construction Of Two New Inlets With Ø200 Connections To The Rainwater Sewage System And A Ø1200 Well. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Check And, If Necessary, Correct The Elevations Of The Designed Gullies And Wells. The Scope Of Works Also Includes Laying Protective Pipes, Dismantling A 28 M Long Fence, Removing Bushes Interfering With The Works And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. Materials From Demolition, Indicated By The Ordering Party For Re-Use, May Be Transported To Plot No. 55/18, Przywodzie District, Only On The Condition That They Do Not Constitute Waste Or Have Lost Their Waste Status In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is The Producer And Holder Of Waste Generated In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works, Unless Applicable Regulations Provide Otherwise, And Is Responsible For Their Selective Collection, Records, Transport And Transfer To Entities With The Required Authorizations. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Permanent Traffic Organization Design And Other Order Documents.
