The Subject Of This Investment Is The Reconstruction And Expansion As Well As Changing The Use Of A Collective Residence Building (Childrens Home) Into A Public Utility Building (City Hall, Social Services Center, Community Center) And Includes: Structure, Ceilings, Wet-Cast Reinforced Concrete Panel Ceilings, Above-Ground Walls Made Of Ceramic Bricks On The First Floor, Foundation Walls Made Of Concrete Blocks, Reinforced Concrete Foundations In The Form Of Foundation Strips And Foundation Footings Made Of B-37 Concrete. 1.2. Structural Layout For Stage Ii: The Rebuilt Building Is A Two-Story Building, Without A Basement, With A Flat Roof. The Building Is Of Traditional Construction, Made Of Small-Sized Ceramic And Concrete Elements, With Ceilings And A Flat Roof With A Transverse Structural System Made Of Prefabricated Slabs And Direct Foundations Made Of Reinforced Concrete Footings. The Reconstruction Involves Changing The Layout Of The Rooms And Installing New Beams And Ceiling Screeds, Changing External Elements And Foundations. Assumed Calculation Loads: - Flat Roof - 6.00 Kn/M2, - Storey Ceiling - 10.00 Kn/M2, - Storey Wall - 15.00 Kn/M2, - Foundation Walls - 8.0 Kn/M2.2. Structural Elements Of The Building Reconstruction.2.1. Flat Roofs For Installation Penetrations - Made Of A Poured Slab Ceiling, Based On Existing Ceiling Slabs And Walls Or A Steel Girder. Cover Completed With Thermally Weldable Felt. - Flat Roof Slab (Poz.0) - Reinforced Concrete, Thickness. 16 Cm, Wet-Cast From B-30 Concrete, Transversely Reinforced At The Bottom With Bars ???12 Every 15 Cm Made Of A-Iiin Steel And Split Bars ???8 Every 20 Cm Made Of A-Iii Steel, Based On The External Gable Wall And The Existing Drilled Holes In The Ceiling Slabs.2.2. Flat Roofs And Forged Ceilings. Ceiling Slabs Shortened At Ventilation Shafts - Based On Steel System Replacements, Supported On The Adjacent Slab And Longitudinal Wall Or Steel Joists. Ceiling Slabs Stamped For Demolition And Until Installation Of Petra Replacements. The Remaining Part Of The Opening Is Made Of A 12 Cm Thick Concrete Screed, Cross-Reinforced With 10 Diameter Bars Every 15 Cm. Alternatively, Removing The Unnecessary Ceiling Slab (Colliding With The Openings For The Ventilation Shafts) And Installing Longitudinal Steel Beams Made Of Np220 And Making A Transverse Screed In Place Of The Entire Ceiling Slab That Was Removed (Poz.0).2.3. Beams (To Support The Walls Of The First Floor After Demolition On The Ground Floor) - Made Of Steel Beams, Mounted In A Carved Groove In The Wall Under The Ceiling, Embedded And Supported In Carved Sockets In The Transverse Walls, To A Depth Of Min. 25 Cm, With Both Edges Of The Existing Ceilings Stamped. The Beams Should Be Installed Sequentially, First In A Horizontally Carved Groove On One Side, And The Next Day On The Other Side. Beams Made Of Steel Sections - Np220 I-Beams (Poz.2.0 And 2.1), Connected With M16 Screws Every 1.5 M, With A Length 40 Cm Longer Than The Bea
