A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Technical Design For The Construction Industry, Technical Design For The Electrical Industry, Drawings, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) For The Electrical Industry, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) For The Construction Industry, 4) Bills Of Quantities. If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Order, E.G. Rules For Introducing Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Contract Template Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
