The Subject Of The Order Is: Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of 18 New Parking Meters (Parking Meters) Intended For The Paid Parking Zone (Spp) In Nowy Targ: A) Delivery Of 12 Parking Meters, Their Installation, Programming And Launch In New Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party; B) Disassembly Of Six Existing Parking Meters, Delivery Of 6 New Devices For Replacement, As Well As Their Programming And Launch In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. Ongoing Servicing, Maintenance And Ensuring Continuity Of Operation Of Devices, In Accordance With Opz, Including Performing All Activities Necessary To Ensure Their Technical Efficiency; Delivery Of Consumables For Parking Meters. The Cost Of Purchasing Paper Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. Technical Supervision And Comprehensive Warranty Service, Constant Operational Readiness Of Devices (Parking Meters) Referred To In The Opz. Removing Parking Meters Failures Referred To In Opz. Ensuring Connectivity Of Parking Meters With The Server - Delivery And Maintenance. Delivery Of Sim Cards – To Payment Terminals. Adaptation To The Existing Adminpark Software To The Latest Version By Updating The Database And Software - Cepikpark - Additional Fee Enforcement System. The Entire System Must Enable Integration With Applications For Mobile Purchase Of Parking Tickets, Verification Of Validity Of Fees, Checking Subscription Fees And With Other Applications And Purchasing Systems. The Ordering Party May Only Perform Basic Operational Activities, Such As Replenishing Paper, Emptying Coin Containers Or Other Activities That Do Not Require Technical Intervention In The Device. All Service And Repair Activities And Ensuring The Technical Efficiency Of The Devices Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of Parking Meters. The Contractor Declares That: 1) Parking Meters Referred To In Section 1 Above, Meet The Technical And Operational Parameters Indicated In The Annexes To This Contract, And In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).2) He Has Familiarized Himself With Due Diligence With The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz) And Other Documentation Of The Procedure And Does Not Raise Any Objections To Them.3) He Has Obtained All The Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract And Is Fully Responsible For The Consequences Of The Lack Or Incorrect Identifying The Conditions Of Contract Execution To The Extent Foreseeable At The Offer Stage, Based On The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Opz (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).
