1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Task Titled: Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Technical School Complex In Mielec (Segment C) Along With Adapting The School Building To The Needs Of Fire Safety Regulations. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of:1.1. Demolition Works, 1.2. Replacement Of Electrical Boards And Switchboards 1.3. Replacement Of Internal Lines Supplying Electrical Boards And Switchboards 1.4. Replacement And Construction Of Internal Electrical Installations 1.5. Replacement And Construction Of Ict Installations1.6. Works In The Field Of Suspended Coffered Ceilings1.7. Replacement And Construction Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installations And Replacement Of Fire Protection Switch1.8. Cabling Of The Ssp Fire Alarm System Installed In Cable Trays And On Walls.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Extract From The Design Documentation Entitled: Replacement Of Internal Electrical And Low-Current Installations In The C Segment Of The Technical School Complex In Mielec And An Extract From The Design Documentation Entitled Reconstruction And Expansion With An External Elevator Of The Building Of The Technical School Complex In Mielec Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation. 3. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And The Basic Scope Of Work And To Help The Contractors In Estimating The Investment Costs. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Warranty Is Granted For The Period Specified In The Contractors Offer, Expressed In Calendar Months. The Warranty Period Specified In The Offer And The Extended Warranty Period For Defects Constitute The Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding The Performance Of Construction, Demolition And Electrical Installation Works, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves The Performance Of Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
