The Subject Of The Order Is The Next Stage Of Thermal Modernization Of The Public Building Willa Marta. The Building Is Located At Ul. 3 Maja 49 On Plot No. 124/1, District No. 8. The Willa Marta Building Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Building In Question Is Owned By The Tuszyn Commune. Thermal Modernization Of The Public Utility Building Willa Marta Is The Second Stage Of The Investment, Which Will Include The Implementation Of: • Finishing Works Including Floor Layers Of The Ground Floor, First Floor And Roof Insulation, • Electrical Installation Inside The Building, External Lighting (Free-Standing Lamps, Wall Lighting, Power Supply To The Wlz Building, Alarm Installation, Internal And External Monitoring And Internet Installation), Photovoltaic Installation With Energy Storage, • Central Heating Installation. Powered By Natural Gas And A Heat Pump, Underfloor Heating Installation And, To The Necessary Extent, Radiator Installation, • Water And Sewage Installation With A New Water Connection And Sewage Disposal To The Municipal Sewage And Rainwater Network, • Construction Of Floors, Internal Plasters, Construction Of Toilets / Bathrooms / Social Rooms / Kitchen Facilities Along With Their Necessary Equipment, Construction Of Access To The Building, Hardening, Parking Spaces, Development Of Greenery Around Building, Rest Areas (Installation Of Garden Benches), Planting Trees And Shrubs, Construction Of Lawns And Their Irrigation, And Carrying Out Other Accompanying Works Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility, • Delivery And Installation Of A Crane (Elevator) In The Lift Shaft Made Of As Part Of The Previous Stage I, A Crane Adapted To Serve People In Wheelchairs, With Two Stops, Moving On The Ground-Floor Level, • Hardening Of Access Roads And Parking Spaces, Terraces Made Of Concrete Or Granite Cubes Approved By The Ordering Party • Obtaining A Building Use Permit. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Sky 2021-2027 Project No. Feld.02.02-Iz.00-0019/25-00 Mon. Thermal Modernization Of The Willa Marta Public Building. In Accordance With The Application For Funding, Completion Of The Project By December 31, 2026. The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design, Stwiorb, Based On Decision No. 193/2025 Of May 15, 2025, A Building Permit For The Performance Of Construction Works, As Well As On The Basis Of Other Studies Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz With Died With Additional Consideration Of Bills Of Quantities.
