Part A: The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of The Area Of ​​The Pocket Park At Ul. Betonowa In Czeladź. The Subject Of The Order Covers An Area Of ​​13,250.7 M2. The Main Objective Of The Investment Is To Create A Green Area, Enhance Biodiversity, And Direct Pedestrian Traffic By Designating Paths To Prevent Anthropopressure. The Task Will Include Restoration Of The Green Area And Construction Of Pedestrian Paths. Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture (Benches, Pergolas And Baskets), Planting Of Ornamental Plants And Park Lighting Are Also Planned. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain An Occupancy Permit And/Or Acceptance Of A Notice Of Completion Of Works By The Competent Authority, If Necessary.
