The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works: Renovation Of The Terrace By The Swimming Pool Of The Building Of The Navigation Faculty At Al. Jana Pawła Ii 3 In Gdynia The Above-Mentioned Building Is Part Of Facility No. Ii Of The Maritime University, Which Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Is Under The Conservation Protection Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Preceded By A Decision Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Authorizing Construction And Conservation Works In The Historic Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site During Renovation Works. The Scope Of The Order Will Include: 1. Removal Of All Layers Of The Terrace Floor To The Ceiling Structure, As Well As Boards From The Platform And Steps Before Leaving The Building, And The Strip Closing The Existing Roofing Felt Rolled Up On The Roof.
