The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unregenerated, Complete (I.E. With All Accessories, Wires, Cables Necessary For Use), Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties, Must Come From An Authorized Sales Network - The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel, Have All The Required Certificates And Markings And Meet All Legally Required Standards.
